I guess I only know what we have in terms of haloumi and there are definitely some that are better than others - I think the Zany Zeus one is my favourite, but it's kinda pricey so not always the one we buy. It is still cow's milk though. I tried to replicate it in NZ but struggled to find halloumi that fried properly - most in NZ seem to have cow's milk in then which makes them more melty.
