Bio

Hi! I'm Rosa, and I live in Wellington, New Zealand (I'm originally from Christchurch and still spend lots of time there). I love food, particularly making all manner of sweet things and eating anything I can lay my hands, fork or spoon on. Food is a hobby for me so my commentary is far from professional, but hopefully you can glean something useful from my ramblings!

I also love dining out and attending foodie events, and share these experiences with you from my amateur perspective.

"Mrs Cake" was bestowed on me by my flatmates while at uni, when I used to make celebration cakes for friends and family as a part-time earner, causing much frenzied late-night baking and a proliferation of cake scraps for my flatties to feast on.

As well as eating/baking/cooking food I enjoy crazy aerobics classes (to work off all the eating), and I'm also a bit geeky, and love gadgets both for cooking and general geekery. I hope you enjoy reading my tales and drooling over my photos - and please comment freely, I love to hear from you!
